SMS Program Terms

1. Program Overview

Market Minter (operated by NanoSec Ventures LLC) offers SMS messaging as part of its marketing and communication services. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Market Minter, you agree to these SMS Program Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Consent and Opt-In

You will only receive SMS messages from Market Minter if you have provided express consent through one of the following methods:

  • Completing an opt-in form on our website or a partner site where you entered your phone number and agreed to receive SMS
  • Initiating an inbound SMS conversation by texting us first
  • Providing your phone number through an appointment booking system where SMS notifications were disclosed
  • Subscribing to Market Minter services where SMS communications are part of the service description

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. You may use Market Minter services without opting in to SMS.

Your consent is specific to the scope disclosed at the time of opt-in. We will not expand the types of messages we send without obtaining additional consent. SMS opt-in consent is not shared with or transferred to any affiliates or third parties.

3. Message Types and Frequency

Depending on your consent scope, you may receive:

  • Account notifications — service alerts, security notifications, and billing reminders (sent as needed)
  • Appointment reminders — confirmations and reminders for scheduled calls or meetings (sent as needed)
  • Support replies — responses to inquiries you initiated via SMS (sent as needed)
  • Marketing follow-ups — promotional messages where you specifically opted in to marketing SMS (no more than 2 per week)

We send SMS only between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone, on weekdays only.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying any of the following keywords to any message we send:

STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE, STOPALL

Opt-out requests are processed immediately. Once you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS from Market Minter. Your phone number is added to our permanent Do Not Contact list.

You may also opt out by emailing support@marketminter.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and including your phone number. Manual opt-out requests are processed within one business day.

5. Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You can also contact us at support@marketminter.com or call (510) 555-0199 for support.

6. Costs

Market Minter does not charge for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

7. Supported Carriers

SMS messages are delivered via major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • We do not sell or rent your phone number to third parties
  • We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes
  • SMS opt-in consent is not transferred between affiliates or other parties
  • We retain consent records and opt-out logs for a minimum of four years per FCC requirements

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Program Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email before taking effect. Continued receipt of SMS after changes constitutes acceptance.
